FACS Teachers Practice Their Culinary Skills

Southwest Minnesota State University's Culinology Dept. hosted teachers for the Family and Consumer Science Educators annual meeting. Teachers had an opportunity to learn new culinary skills and practice making the menu items their students will be dishing up during this year's Culinary Skills Challenge. Chef Kurt Struwe and his students explained the science behind some of the tricks to making your dish look and taste its best.
