Data Driven Improvement

Several Minnesota West consortium teachers will be attending CTEDDI training over the next several months. Career and Technical Educators Using a Data Driven Improvement (CTEDDI) is a professional development model that will provide educators with the professional development intended to increase their knowledge and skills in the use and interpretation of assessment data for the purpose of making instructional improvements.

The model focuses on the direct development of CTE educators’ skills in using assessment data to guide program improvement and contribute to improved student outcomes. This training will be provided by the University of Lousville's National Research Center for Career and Technical Education (NRCCTE).

Minnesota intends for the CTEDDI professional development project to be part of an on-going process for implementing and sustaining the use of technical skill assessments (TSA) to influence continued improvement in secondary and postsecondary CTE programs. If you are interested in the project, please contact us. More information will follow.
