MyMNCareers.org

Minnesota launched a new website to assist working learners in understanding the value of identifying goals and choosing a career pathway. The website, www.MyMnCareers.org, is written at three literacy levels to encourage more individuals to consider their career life and futures.

MyMnCareers can help individuals find:
·         The difference between a job and a career
·         Ways to get job training
·         A job that matches their values
·         Ways to move up in a career pathway
·         How to deal with setbacks
·         Options to earn a GED or a college degree
·         Their Work skills
·         How citizenship affects employment
·         What managers want from employees
·         How to get along with coworkers
