Students may also participate in various hands-on activities demonstrated by food industry professionals. This year's Interactive Session Topics will include: Basic Barbeque Grilling, Fondant, Table Scapes, Culinary Careers, Pork Tacos, Sushi, and a tour and demonstration of Southwest Minnesota State's Culinology program.
