Students attending the annual Culinary Skills Challenge will be supported by one of the largest food company's in the United States. The Schwan Food Company has agreed to be the title sponsor for 2014. Attendees will start the day with a greeting by Julie Simonson, Vice-President of Research and Development and learn from some of the company chefs and top researchers.
