Culinary Skills Challenge

Students attending the annual Culinary Skills Challenge will be competing in a variety of culinary events as well as attending hands-on breakout sessions. Competitions will include Baking Science, Cake Decorating, Menu Design, Placesetting, Knife Skills, Food Art and Cooking. Winners of the Cooking competitions will receive scholarships from SMSU's Culinology program.
Registration Deadline: March 12, 2014
$10 per Student ($15.00 non-consortium members)
