If you have added any courses since you completed the program
approval application last year, you must send an update to MDE.
Email the following
information to debra.blahosky@state.mn.us.
District Number
District Name
Program Number (140710, 019901, 090101, etc.)
Teacher’s Name and file
folder number
Attach a copy of the
course syllabus for the program you want to add.
New teachers, scan and
attach your license as well.
Why, you may be asking? The Program Approval list MDE keeps must match the information your local MARSS coordinator uses or their data will be off. Any discrepancies will affect our performance measures and consortium funding.
