Over 200 teachers and students attended the annual Schwan Culinary Skills Challenge at Southwest Minnesota State University on March 22. Students could participate in culinary-related competitions or hands-on sessions where they sampled new foods, learned techniques to create their own dishes, or toured food industry partner labs.
