Advance IT

On April 5, twenty high school instructors attended a presentation on free curriculum available through Advance IT Minnesota, a center for Excellence in the MnSCU system.  The class is designed to introduce students to careers in Computer Science and Information Technology.  It covers Computer hardware, software, networking, coding, gaming, security and business analytics.

Students can use this class to get a certificate in Information Technology by the time they graduate from high school. This is a great opportunity for high schools to get a high quality curriculum for no charge.

Look for information about another training session in Jackson this summer.
