Energy Education for Educators

Registration is open for Minnesota high school science, agriculture, mathematics and industrial technology teachers to register for one or more of the seven workshops scheduled around the state.  At no cost to participants, each workshop attendee will receive the following:
  • Curriculum and lab kits
  • Lunch and snacks both days
  • Hotel accommodations for 1 night
  • Continuing education units: 16 hours
Topics include, but may vary from site to site:  Anaerobic Digestion, Biodiesel, Biomass, Energy Crops, Ethanol, Gas Utility, Hydro-power, Lineworker, Nuclear Power Generation, Power Transmission, Solar, Substation, and Wind.  Click on the links below to find out more about each workshop and then click on “Registration” for the location(s) you are interested in attending.  (Registration closes May 15.)
