This was one event you couldn't leave hungry. There was grilled pineapple, pork and popcorn paella, cake pops, grilled pizza, chocolate, and dishes from southeast Asia just to name a few of the samplings for the 200 high school students who participated in the 8th annual Culinary Skills Challenge. This year's event was held at Southwest Minnesota State University on April 12.
High School students could compete in a variety of cooking and design competitions as well as participate in several interactive breakout sessions led by local food connoisseurs. Click here to view more photos from the event.
