Alter Metal Recycling in Marshall has offered to supply high school welding programs in the Minnesota West Carl Perkins Consortium with mild steel or aluminum pieces for students to practice the techniques they are learning in their welding classes. The pieces will be approximately 4” x 6” and must be returned to Alter by the end of the school year. Schools must make arrangements with Alter to pick up and return the metal.
