Making Good on the Promise

Making Good on the Promise

The Minnesota West Consortium is responsible to meet eight performance measures each year, two of the measures being non-traditional participation and nontraditional completion for students.  Nontraditional Careers refer to jobs that have been traditionally filled by one gender.  The US Department of Labor defines nontraditional occupations as those for which individuals from one gender comprise less than 25% of the individuals in that occupation.

Advance CTE has launched a series to help educate about equity challenges and gaps in CTE today.  For more information, view Making Good on the Promise.
